Product Features

  • Account information
  • Transaction history up to 10 last transactions; for credit card transaction history, up to 7 last transactions.
  • For transaction history through SMS Menu, up to 5 last transactions.
  • Bill Payment (AllCredit Cards issued from Indonesian Bank, loan, insurance, telephone, etc.)
  • Purchase (mobile credit top-up)
  • Online transfer (to own account or CIMB Niaga account, other banks through ATM Bersama or Prima network), clearing, and transfer to international account (Remitttance)
  • Account profile setting: Customer can modify mBanking Go Mobile PIN, sources of fund, and favorite list. (Transaction can be directly done through favorite list).
  • Information on nearest ATM or CIMB Niaga branch.

Go Mobile can be accessed via:
1. Go Mobile application in smartphone (Download “Go Mobile by CIMB Niaga” application in Google PlayStore, Apple AppStore, Blackberry World, and Window Store OR by accessing URL  http://mobile.cimbclicks.co.id/apps in your handphone browser)
2. SMS Menu** – send SMS with format “Mobile” to 1418.
3. Short code *141*8# (Currently, short code can only be accessed from Indosat, Telkomsel, Tri, and XL)

Registration via ATM*:
– Select “Branchless Banking” or “e-Channel” menu
– Select “Go Mobile” menu – Registration . Follow the instruction given.
– Register user ID by logging in to Go Mobile application using phone number registered in point 2 above.
Don’t share your user ID, passcode, mBanking PIN to anyone!

Registration via Go Mobile Application*:
– Download “Go Mobile by CIMB Niaga” application in Google PlayStore, Apple AppStore, Blackberry World, and Window Store OR by accessing URL  http://mobile.cimbclicks.co.id/apps in your handphone browser.
– Select “Register” menu in Go Mobile application
– Follow the instruction given.
Don’t share your user ID, passcode, mBanking PIN to anyone!
*Several notes:
–  You must have opened a saving account in CIMB Niaga Bank (any types of account, except tabungan junior)
–  Your mobile number must have been registered in the Customer (CIF) database, for registration via Go Mobile.
–  Your mobile number does not need to be registered in the CIF database for registration via ATM.
**SMS Menu cannot be used yet on Smartfren and Tri
