Cashback of Rp 25.000 on Crossborder QRIS transactions in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore using scan QRIS OCTO Mobile

Terms and Conditions of the Program:

  1. Program Period: Mei 1st-Juli 31st, 2025
  2. Cashback of Rp 25,000 with a maximum of 3 (three) times cashback per month or IDR 75,000 per month for crossborder QR transactions in Malaysia, Thailand dan Singapura using OCTO Mobile QRIS scans.
  3. The cashback quota is for the first 500 transactions per month during the program period.
  4. (one) OCTO Mobile user can get cashback 3 (three) times per month or a maximum of 9 (nine) times during the program period.
  5. Transactions that are taken into account are QRIS Crossborder transactions in Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore from the OCTO Mobile application with a minimum nominal equivalent of IDR 500,000 per transaction, from the source of Tabungan & OCTO Pay funds during the program period. from Savings & OCTO Pay funding sources during the program period.
  6. Promo cannot be cashed, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other payment channel promos.
  7. Promo is valid at all merchants in Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore that have been integrated with the QRIS Crossborder network.
  8. The maximum QRIS limit set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
  9. Cashback will be credited manually within a maximum of 15 working days from the end of each month until the program period ends.
  10. CIMB Niaga may at any time make changes to the terms and conditions of the program, and/or terminate this program without prior notification.
  11. CIMB Niaga has the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.

Steps for transactions with OCTO Mobile QRIS:

  1. Log in to the OCTO Mobile Application.
  2. Select the Pay QRIS menu.
  3. Scan the QRIS code with the corresponding amount.
  4. Select Savings & OCTO Pay as the funding source.
  5. Confirm the payment.
  6. Enter the OCTO Mobile PIN.
  7. The payment process is complete.
