Terms and Conditions of the Program:
- Program Period: Mei 1st-Juli 31st, 2025
- Cashback of Rp 25,000 with a maximum of 3 (three) times cashback per month or IDR 75,000 per month for crossborder QR transactions in Malaysia, Thailand dan Singapura using OCTO Mobile QRIS scans.
- The cashback quota is for the first 500 transactions per month during the program period.
- (one) OCTO Mobile user can get cashback 3 (three) times per month or a maximum of 9 (nine) times during the program period.
- Transactions that are taken into account are QRIS Crossborder transactions in Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore from the OCTO Mobile application with a minimum nominal equivalent of IDR 500,000 per transaction, from the source of Tabungan & OCTO Pay funds during the program period. from Savings & OCTO Pay funding sources during the program period.
- Promo cannot be cashed, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other payment channel promos.
- Promo is valid at all merchants in Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore that have been integrated with the QRIS Crossborder network.
- The maximum QRIS limit set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
- Cashback will be credited manually within a maximum of 15 working days from the end of each month until the program period ends.
- CIMB Niaga may at any time make changes to the terms and conditions of the program, and/or terminate this program without prior notification.
- CIMB Niaga has the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.
Steps for transactions with OCTO Mobile QRIS:
- Log in to the OCTO Mobile Application.
- Select the Pay QRIS menu.
- Scan the QRIS code with the corresponding amount.
- Select Savings & OCTO Pay as the funding source.
- Confirm the payment.
- Enter the OCTO Mobile PIN.
- The payment process is complete.
