6. The promotion is valid for the first 300 transactions per day.
7. One (1) user ID on the FamiGO platform can only receive the discount once per day.
8. To get the promotion, users must log in to their FamiGO account.
9. The promotion is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. By participating in this program, the customer agrees to take part in the promotion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Transaction steps to connect an OCTO Pay account in FamiGo:

1. Open the FamiGO app on your device.
2. Select the Payment Method menu.
3. Choose Connect for the OCTO Pay payment method.
4. Enter the 6-digit OTP code sent via SMS
5. Enter the 2-digit OCTO PIN as requested.
6. OCTO Pay account has been successfully connected and you will return to FamiGO.
7. Check the connected OCTO Pay account.

Transaction steps for making payments with OCTO Pay in the FamiGO app:

1. Open the FamiGO App on your device.
2. Select the product you want to order and choose Order Now.
3. Choose the store for order pickup and pick-up time.
4. Select the payment method with OCTO Pay.
5. Review your order and select Proceed to Payment.
6. Enter the 2-digit OCTO PIN requested.
7. Transaction successful and return to FamiGO to view your order.
8. Pick up your order, tap the QR logo, & show it to the Family Mart cashier.
9. Order completed.
