Terms and Conditions of the Program:

  1. Program Period: May 1st – October 31st, 2024
  2. Get a 30% Cashback (maximum Rp 10,000) per transaction at HokBen in West Java using scan QRIS OCTO Mobile as the payment method.
  3. The promo cannot be converted into cash, is not applicable for multiples, and cannot be combined with other promos.
  4. The promo is valid every day at participating HokBen outlets in West Java. (Click here)
  5. Each customer can receive a maximum of 1x cashback/day, 2x cashback/week, and 2x cashback/month per OCTO Mobile account during the program period.
  6. Cashback is only given for QRIS OCTO Mobile transactions from OCTO Pay sources on CIMB Niaga’s QRIS codes.
  7. The maximum QRIS limit set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
  8. Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the customer’s OCTO Mobile account.
  9. CIMB Niaga and HokBen in West Java reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the program, and/or terminate the program with prior notice.
  10. CIMB Niaga & the Merchant reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.

 

Transaction Steps with scan QRIS OCTO Mobile:

  1. Open the OCTO Mobile application and log in.
  2. Select the “Pay QRIS” menu.
  3. Scan the QR code with the appropriate amount.
  4. Choose OCTO Pay as the payment source.
  5. Confirm the payment.
  6. Enter your OCTO Mobile PIN.
  7. The payment process is completed.
