Program Terms and Conditions:

  1. Program Period: April 13th – September 30th, 2024
  2. 30% Cashback (maximum Rp 10,000) per transaction at Kenangan Group (Kopi Kenangan, Kenangan Heritage, Kenangan Signature, Chigo, Flip Burger) using scan QRIS OCTO Mobile as the payment method.
  3. The promotion cannot be redeemed for cash, is not applicable for multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  4. The promotion is valid at all Kenangan Group outlets (Kopi Kenangan, Kenangan Heritage, Kenangan Signature, Chigo, Flip Burger), except for all outlets in Airport areas, Bank Lounges, and KCJB Halim Stations. Outlet List (Click Here)
  5. One customer can receive a maximum of 1x cashback/day, 2x cashback/week, and 2x cashback/month/account OCTO Mobile during the promotion period.
  6. The promotion is only valid for dine-in and take away transactions, not applicable for delivery from other parties.
  7. Cashback is only provided for QRIS OCTO Pay sourced transactions on GoPay’s QRIS.
  8. Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
  9. CIMB Niaga and Kenangan Group (Kopi Kenangan, Kenangan Heritage, Kenangan Signature, Chigo, Flip Burger) reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or terminate this program with prior notice.
  10. CIMB Niaga & Kenangan Group (Kopi Kenangan, Kenangan Heritage, Kenangan Signature, Chigo, Flip Burger) reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.

 

Transaction Steps with scan QRIS OCTO Mobile:

  1. Open the OCTO Mobile Application and Log in
  2. Select the Pay QRIS menu
  3. Scan the QRIS code with the corresponding amount
  4. Confirm the payment
  5. Enter your OCTO Mobile PIN
  6. The payment process is completed.
