Terms and Conditions of the Program:
- Program Period: 1 Desember 2024-31 Mei 2025
- 30% cashback (maximum Rp 10,000) per transaction at Setik Emperan 8, Balikpapan, payment using scan QRIS OCTO Mobile.
- Customers must use OCTO Pay funds when transacting with QRIS OCTO Mobile at CIMB Niaga EDC machines or static QR.
- 1 (one) OCTO Mobile account can only receive a maximum of 1 (one) cashback per day and a maximum of 2 (two) cashbacks per week/month, during the promotional period.
- Promotion is valid at Setik Emperan 8 outlet, located at: Komplek Ruko Paris AA1A No 1, Balikpapan Baru, Damai Baru, Balikpapan Selatan 76114.
- Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the registered OCTO Pay balance in the customer’s OCTO Mobile.
- Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- If eligible, customers will see potential cashback information on the transaction summary page of the OCTO Mobile application.
- CIMB Niaga and the merchant reserve the right to cancel promotional program benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms and conditions of the promotion program.

Steps to transact with scan QRIS OCTO Mobile:
- Open the OCTO Mobile application and log in.
- Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP).
- Access the OCTO Mobile screen and select the Pay QRIS menu.
- Scan the QR code at the Merchant.
- Fill in or verify the transaction amount for QRIS.
- Customers must choose the funding source: OCTO Pay to receive cashback.
- Confirm the OCTO Mobile PIN.
- Receive a notification once the transaction successfully debits the Customer’s funding source.
