3. Program participation is only valid once for 1 CIF/ID in 1 program period.
4. Customers make an initial deposit into the Goal Savers/IB Goal Savers savings account and receive the following rewards:
5. The SLA for giving the prize is M+1 from the end of the program period and the prize promo code will be sent to the email registered in the bank system.
6. Funds in the Savings account will be on hold for the amount of cashback/prize given to the Customer.

8. If the Customer breaks the fund hold before the hold period ends, the Customer must return an amount equal to the prize given in full (not prorated).
9. Complaints regarding the prize must be received no later than 7 working days.
