Cashback 50% at event Holiday Fun Fest by scanning QRIS OCTO Mobile

Terms and Conditions of the Program:

  1. Program Period: November 18th-21th 2024
  2. Cashback 50% (maximum IDR 15,000) per transaction, at the Holiday Fun Fest event with a QRIS OCTO Mobile scan as a payment method on EDC/QRIS CIMB Niaga in tenants.
  3. No minimum transaction applied
  4. One customer can get a maximum of 3x cashback/day and a maximum of 6x cashback/OCTO Mobile account during the event period.
  5. Cashback is given for QRIS OCTO Mobile transactions from savings, credit card and OCTO pay funding sources.
  6. Promo is valid every day and applies a combined quota to registered tenants (attached) at the Holiday Fun Fest event located at Parahyangan University, Bandung.
  7. Promo cannot be cashed, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other promos.
  8. The maximum QRIS limit determined by Bank Indonesia is IDR 10,000,000.
  9. Cashback will be credited in real time or a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered on the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
  10. If a customer is eligible to get cashback, information about potential cashback will appear on the transaction summary page of the OCTO Mobile application.
  11. CIMB Niaga and the event organizer may at any time make changes to the terms and conditions of the program, and/or terminate this program with prior notification.
  12. CIMB Niaga and merchants have the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.

Transactions Steps with QRIS OCTO Mobile:

  1. Log in to the OCTO Mobile Application
  2. Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP)
  3. Access the OCTO Mobile Screen and select the Pay QRIS menu
  4. Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant
  5. Fill in or check the transaction amount for QRIS
  6. Select source of fund and promo code (if available)
  7. Confirm the OCTO Moblie PIN
  8. Notification when the transaction has successfully debited the Customers funds

  1. CIMB Niaga & Merchants reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.
  2. The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, timing, and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant to the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant.
  3. Any data and transaction instructions made by the Customer using QRIS OCTO Mobile are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
  4. All claims for returns or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the Merchant and must be directly made by the Customer to the Merchant.
