Terms and Conditions of the Program:
- Program Period: May 1st, 2024 – April 30th, 2025
- 50% cashback (maximum Rp 15,000) per transaction at HUBBITE Food Court using scan QRIS OCTO Mobile as the payment method.
- 1 (one) customer can receive a maximum of 2 (two) cashbacks per day and 6 (six) cashbacks per week/month per OCTO Mobile account during the program period.
- To be eligible for cashback, customers must make transactions using QRIS OCTO Mobile from OCTO Pay funds at the tenant’s POS machine.
- The promotion cannot be converted into cash, is not applicable for multiples, and cannot be combined with other promos.
- The promotion is valid every day at the HUBBITE Food Court outlet – Mall Hublife, Taman Anggrek from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, every day during the program period.
- The promotion only applies to transactions at participating tenants in HUBBITE. Information about participating tenants is attached in the Merchant List Annex below. (Click Here)
- Cashback will be credited in real time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the OCTO Mobile Customer account.
- The maximum QRIS limit set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
- The promotion cannot be converted into cash, is not applicable for multiples, and cannot be combined with other promos.
- If eligible, customers will see potential cashback information on the transaction summary page of the OCTO Mobile application.
- CIMB Niaga and HUBBITE reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program and/or terminate the program with prior notice.
- CIMB Niaga & HUBBITE reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is suspected misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with applicable program terms & conditions.
Transaction Steps with OCTO Mobile QR:
1. Access the OCTO Mobile application and Log In.
2. Enter the passcode that will be sent via One Time Password (OTP).
3. Go to the OCTO Mobile screen and select the Pay QRIS menu.
4. Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant.
5. Fill in or check the transaction amount of QRIS.
6. Customers must choose the funding source: OCTO Pay to receive cashback.
7. Confirm OCTO Mobile PIN.
8. Notification when the transaction has successfully debited the Customer’s funding source.
