Cashback 30% at Chatime using QRIS OCTO

Terms and Conditions of the Program:

  1. Period Program: December 1st, 2025-June 30th, 2026
  2. Cashback 30% (maximum Rp 10,000) per transaction at Chatime by using QRIS OCTO as the payment method.
  3. The promo cannot be converted into cash, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other promos.
  4. The promotion is valid daily at participating listed Chatime Outlets (Click here)
  5. One customer can get a maximum of 1 x cashback /day /week /month/OCTO account during the period.
  6. Cashback is only provided for OCTO QRIS transactions from OCTO Pay sources from CIMB Niaga’s static EDC/QR machines.
  7. The maximum limit of QRIS set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
  8. Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the Customers OCTO.
  9. By participating in this program, the customer agrees to take part in the promotion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
  10. Customers are required to inform the cashier that they will use the QRIS OCTO scan before making payment.
  11. You can customize your preferences and relevance for promotional messages received and the communication media used by contacting CIMB Niaga service at 14041.
  12. CIMB Niaga and Chatime may at any time change the terms and conditions of the program and/or terminate this program with prior notice.
  13. CIMB Niaga & Chatime reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.

Transaction steps with QRIS OCTO:

  1. Enter the OCTO Application, then Login,
  2. Select the Pay QRIS menu,
  3. Then scan the QR with the appropriate nominal value,
  4. Confirm payment,
  5. Enter the OCTO PIN,
  6. The payment process has been completed.
