Cashback 50% at Cotti Coffee mobile app using scan QRIS OCTO

Periode Program: 1 Dec 2025 - 28 Feb 2026

Terms & Conditions:

1. Program Period: December 1st, 2025 – February 28th, 2026
2. Cashback 50% (maximum cashback Rp 15,000) on the Cotti Coffee app, payment using scan QRIS OCTO.
3. Cashback is only given for transactions using OCTO QRIS with the specific funding source OCTO Pay, in the Cotti Coffee app.
4. The promo program is only valid for online transactions in the Cotti Coffee app. Not valid for transactions at offline stores / Cotti Coffee outlets.
5. The promotion applies with no minimum transaction.
6. One customer can get a maximum of 1x cashback/day, a maximum of 2 (two) times per week, and a maximum of 4 (four) times per month, during the promotion period.
7. Promotion is valid every day for transactions on the Cotti Coffee app.
8. Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the customers OCTO
9. If eligible, customers will see potential cashback information on the transaction summary page of the OCTO application.
10. The promotion cannot be converted into cash, does not apply multiplicatively, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
11. By participating in this program, the customer agrees to take part in the promotion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
12. Customers are required to inform the cashier that they will use the QRIS OCTO scan before making payment.
13. You can customize your preferences and relevance for promotional messages received and the communication media used by contacting CIMB Niaga service at 14041.
14. CIMB Niaga and Cotti Coffee can make changes to the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or end this program with prior notification.
15. CIMB Niaga & Cotti Coffee has the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.

Transactions Steps with Cotti Coffee app by scanning OCTO QRIS:

1. On the Order Confirmation page in the Cotti Coffee app, select the payment method with QRIS OCTO, then click Pay Now.
2. Choose the outlet for pickup and click Confirm and Proceed to Pay.
3. The QRIS barcode from Cotti Coffee will appear on the screen, click Save QR Code or take a screenshot of the QR code page.
4. Log in to the OCTO Application
5. Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP)
6. Access the OCTO Screen and select the Pay QRIS menu
7. Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant
8. Fill in or check the transaction amount for QRIS
9. Select OCTO Pay funds and promo code (if available)
10. Confirm the OCTO Moblie PIN
11. Notification when the transaction has successfully debited the Customers funds

2. The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, timing, and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant to the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant.
3. Any data and transaction instructions made by the Customer using QRIS OCTO are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
