Terms and Conditions of the Program:
- Program Period: November 1st, 2025-April 30th, 2026
- Cashback 30% (maximum Rp 10,000) per transaction by scanning QRIS OCTO using OCTO Pay as the payment method on CIMB Niaga EDC/QRIS.
- No minimum transaction applied
- 1 (one) customer can receive a maximum of 1 cashback per day and 2 cashbacks per week/month/OCTO account during the promotion period.
- The promotion is valid every day and applies in combination at Depot ANDA Fit cooperating in Surabaya.
- Cashback is only provided for QRIS OCTO transactions using OCTO Pay funds on the agreed QRIS code, which belongs to the First Party.
- The program is only valid for on-site transactions. It does not apply to delivery/orders through third parties.
- The program cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with promotions from other payment channels.
- Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the customers OCTO.
- By participating in this program, the customer agrees to take part in the promotion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
- Customers are required to inform the cashier that they will use the QRIS OCTO scan before making payment.
- You can customize your preferences and relevance for promotional messages received and the communication media used by contacting CIMB Niaga service at 14041.
- CIMB Niaga & Merchants reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.
Transactions Steps with QRIS OCTO:
- Log in to the OCTO Application
- Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP)
- Access the OCTO Screen and select the Pay QRIS menu
- Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant
- Fill in or check the transaction amount for QRIS
- Select OCTO Pay funds and promo code (if available)
- Confirm the OCTO PIN
- Notification when the transaction has successfully debited the Customers funds

- Any data and transaction instructions made by the Customer using QRIS OCTO are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
