Terms and Conditions of the Program:
- Program Period: November 15th-December 15th, 2024
- Cashback 50% (maximum IDR 15,000) per transaction, at Dapoer Rasa event with a QRIS OCTO Mobile scan as a payment method on EDC/QRIS CIMB Niaga in tenants.
- Cashback is only given for QRIS OCTO Mobile transactions from OCTO Pay funding sources at QRIS CIMB Niaga in tenants.
- One customer can get a maximum of 2x cashback/day and a maximum of 6x cashback/OCTO Mobile account during the event period.
- Promo is valid every day and applies a combined quota to registered tenants (attached) at the Dapoer Rasa event located at Lima-Lima Foodcourt, 4th floor, Taman Anggrek Mall.
- Promo cannot be cashed, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other promos.
- The maximum QRIS limit determined by Bank Indonesia is IDR 10,000,000.
- Cashback will be credited in real time or a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered on the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
- If a customer is eligible to get cashback, information about potential cashback will appear on the transaction summary page of the OCTO Mobile application.
- CIMB Niaga and the event organizer may at any time make changes to the terms and conditions of the program, and/or terminate this program with prior notification.
- CIMB Niaga and merchants have the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.
Transactions Steps with QRIS OCTO Mobile:
- Log in to the OCTO Mobile Application
- Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP)
- Access the OCTO Mobile Screen and select the Pay QRIS menu
- Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant
- Fill in or check the transaction amount for QRIS
- Select source of fund and promo code (if available)
- Confirm the OCTO Moblie PIN
- Notification when the transaction has successfully debited the Customers funds

- The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, timing, and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant to the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant.
- Any data and transaction instructions made by the Customer using QRIS OCTO Mobile are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
- All claims for returns or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the Merchant and must be directly made by the Customer to the Merchant.
