Terms & Conditions:
- Program Period: December 1st, 2025 – February 28th, 2026
- Cashback 20% (maximum cashback Rp 10.000) per transaction at Green SM, payment with scan QRIS OCTO.
- Cashback only eligible for transaction using QRIS OCTO, using OCTO Pay as the source of fund.
- Promo applied for QRIS transaction at both Green SM application and on-ride payment.
- Promo valid every day, with no minimum transaction requirement.
- 1 (one) OCTO customer can receive a maximum of 1 (one) time cashback per day and maximum 2 (two) times cashback per week, per month, throughout promotion period.
- Cashback will be credited in real time or a maximum of 24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance that are registered in OCTO.
- The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, applied in multiples, or combined with other promotions.
- If customer eligible to get the cashback, there will be ‘potential cashback’ information stated in the transaction summary at OCTO application.
- CIMB Niaga and Green SM may change the terms and conditions of the program, and/or terminate this program at any time with prior notice.
- CIMB Niaga and Green SM reserve the right to cancel the cashback benefits if there are indications of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.
Transactions Steps via Green SM application using QRIS OCTO:
- At the Payment Method page in the Green SM application, select the payment method with Cash
- The driver will give QRIS barcode
- Log in to the OCTO Application
- Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP)
- Access the OCTO Screen and select the Pay QRIS menu
- Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant
- Fill in or check the transaction amount for QRIS
- Choose OCTO Pay as the source of fund and confirm the payment
- Confirm the OCTO Moblie PIN
- Notification when the transaction has successfully debited the Customers funds

- The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, timing, and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant to the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant.
- Any data and transaction instructions made by the Customer using QRIS OCTO are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
- All claims for returns or exchanges are the sole responsiblity of the Merchant and must be directly made by the Customer to the Merchant.
