Terms and Conditions of the Program

1. Program Period: December 5th, 2025-January 4th, 2026
2. Cashback up to IDR 20K per transaction by scanning QRIS OCTO using OCTO Pay funds as payment method on QRIS CIMB Niaga, below:
   
3. The promotion is valid daily at Kolektibles-Carol located at Elpico Business Park No.03A-05 #01-03, Malang
4. The promotion cannot be converted into cash, does not apply multiplicatively, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
5. The maximum QRIS limit determined by Bank Indonesia is Rp10,000,000 per transaction.
6. Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the customers OCTO.
7. If eligible, customers will see potential cashback information on the transaction summary page of the OCTO application.
8. By participating in this program, the customer agrees to take part in the promotion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
9. Customers are required to inform the cashier that they will use the QRIS OCTO scan before making payment.
10. You can customize your preferences and relevance for promotional messages received and the communication media used by contacting CIMB Niaga service at 14041.
11. CIMB Niaga and merchants have the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or terminate this program with prior notice.
12. CIMB Niaga dan Merchants have the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.

Transactions Steps with QRIS OCTO:

1. Log in to the OCTO Application,
2. Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP),
3. Access the OCTO screen and select the Pay QRIS menu,
4. Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant,
5. Fill in or check the transaction amount for QRIS,
6. Select source of funds and promo code (if available),
7. Confirm the OCTO PIN,
8. Notification when the transaction has successfully debited the Customers funds.

2. The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, timing, and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant to the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant.
3. Any data and transaction instructions made by the Customer using QRIS OCTO are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
4. All claims for returns or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the Merchant and must be directly made by the Customer to the Merchant.
