Pay Telephone Bills and Top Up Credit/Data Packages on OCTO

Program Terms & Conditions:

  1. Program Period: November 15th-December 14th, 2025
  2. The program is only valid for invited customers via Email/WhatsApp.
  3. Customers must enter the Promo code: PHONE1125 before making a transaction.
  4. Customers will receive a cashback of Rp 5,000 by making 1 transaction for bill payment of Phone/Mobile (Phone Bills) or for topping up credit/data package (mobile Credit/Internet Data).
  5. The program applies specifically to transactions from the bills & top-up menu on the OCTO application using funds from Savings/current accounts, Credit Cards, or OCTO Pay.
  6. The minimum transaction taken into account is IDR 50,000 per transaction.
  7. Transactions must be made from an OCTO account registered with the email address or cellphone number that receives the program information.
  8. Before making a transaction, the Customer is required to enter the promotional code into OCTO during the program period, by following these steps:
    • Login ke OCTO,
    • In the left menu, find and click the PROMO CODE menu in the Register & Promotion sub menu,
    • Click the promotional banner or,
    • Enter the promotional code in the enter promotional code box and click continue,
    • Carry out transactions according to the provisions,
    • Cashback will not be given if the promo code is entered after making a transaction.
  9. Cashback will be credited in real time to the Customers OCTO Pay or no later than 1×24 hours after fulfilling the transaction requirements.
  10. The valid quota is for the first 1,500 customers, during the program period.

Disclaimer:

  1. CIMB Niaga has the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions
  2. The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, time and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant to the Customer is entirely the responsibility of the Merchant.
  3. Every transaction data and instructions carried out by the Customer using OCTO /OCTO Pay are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
  4. All claims for returns or exchanges are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant and must be made directly by the Customer to the Merchant.
  5. CIMB Niaga may at any time make changes to the terms and conditions of the program, and/or terminate this program with prior notification.
