Program Terms and Conditions
- Program Periode : August 1st, 2025 – January 31st, 2026
- Cashback 30% (maximum IDR 10,000) per transaction atSancha Tea using QRIS OCTO Mobile funding sources OCTO Pay as a payment method on CIMB Niaga static EDC / QR machines.
- No minimum transaction applied
- One customer can get a maximum 1x cashback/ day and maximum 2x cashback/week/month/ OCTO Mobile users during the event period.
- Promo is valid every day at participating Sancha Tea outlets attached (Klik disini)
- Promo cannot be cashed, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- The maximum QRIS limit determined by Bank Indonesia is IDR 10,000,000
- Cashback will be credited in real time or a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered on the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
- If the eligible customer receives cashback, a potential cashback description will appear on the transaction summary page of the OCTO Mobile application.
- CIMB Niaga and Sancha Tea can make changes to the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or end this program with prior notification.
- CIMB Niaga & Nala Coffee has the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.
Transaction steps with QRIS OCTO Mobile
- Enter the OCTO Mobile Application, then Login
- Select the Pay QRIS menu
- Then scan the QR with the appropriate nominal value
- Confirm payment
- Enter the OCTO Mobile PIN
- The payment process has been completed.
