Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Periode : August 1st, 2025 – January 31st, 2026
  2. Cashback 30% (maximum IDR 10,000) per transaction atSancha Tea using QRIS OCTO Mobile funding sources OCTO Pay as a payment method on CIMB Niaga static EDC / QR machines.
  3. No minimum transaction applied
  4. One customer can get a maximum 1x cashback/ day and maximum 2x cashback/week/month/ OCTO Mobile users during the event period.
  5. Promo is valid every day at participating Sancha Tea outlets attached (Klik disini)
  6. Promo cannot be cashed, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  7. The maximum QRIS limit determined by Bank Indonesia is IDR 10,000,000
  8. Cashback will be credited in real time or a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered on the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
  9. If the eligible customer receives cashback, a potential cashback description will appear on the transaction summary page of the OCTO Mobile application.
  10. CIMB Niaga and Sancha Tea can make changes to the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or end this program with prior notification.
  11. CIMB Niaga & Nala  Coffee has the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.

 

Transaction steps with QRIS OCTO Mobile

  1. Enter the OCTO Mobile Application, then Login
  2. Select the Pay QRIS menu
  3. Then scan the QR with the appropriate nominal value
  4. Confirm payment
  5. Enter the OCTO Mobile PIN
  6. The payment process has been completed.
