Terms and Conditions of the Program

3. No minimum transaction applied.
4. The promo is valid every day at Event Tirta Lie Bakmi Festival – Citywalk Gajah Mada Jakarta, located at Mall Citywalk Gajah Mada.
5. The promotion cannot be converted into cash, does not apply multiplicatively, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
6. The maximum QRIS limit determined by Bank Indonesia is Rp10,000,000 per transaction.
7. Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the customers OCTO.
8. If eligible, customers will see potential cashback information on the transaction summary page of the OCTO application.
9. By participating in this program, the customer agrees to take part in the promotion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
10. Customers are required to inform the cashier that they will use the QRIS OCTO scan before making payment.
11. You can customize your preferences and relevance for promotional messages received and the communication media used by contacting CIMB Niaga service at 14041.
12. CIMB Niaga and event organizer have the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or terminate this program with prior notice.
13. CIMB Niaga and event organizer have the right to cancel cashback benefits at anytime if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.

Transactions Steps with QRIS OCTO:

1. Log in to the OCTO Application,
2. Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP),
3. Access the OCTO screen and select the Pay QRIS menu,
4. Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant,
5. Fill in or check the transaction amount for QRIS,
6. Select source of funds and promo code (if available),
7. Confirm the OCTO PIN,
8. Notification when the transaction has successfully debited the Customers funds.

Transactions Steps with QRIS OCTO Vending:

1. Customers come to the OCTO Vending location and choose a product.
2. After selecting a product, a QRIS Code will appear on the OCTO Vending screen
3. Scan the QRIS Barcode using the OCTO app or other e wallets
4. Confirm the paymentThe payment process is complete, and the product is ready to be picked up at OCTO Vending
