Cashback Rp 100,000 at Urban Republic for using the OCTO Loan Facility Limit through QRIS Payment Transactions

Cashback Program Terms and Conditions:

1. Program period: October 13th-December 31st, 2025
2. Cashback of IDR 100,000 at certain Urban Republic outlets by using the OCTO app QRIS scan feature and selecting payment via OCTO Loan.
3. The promotional program applies to purchases of goods and/or services with a minimum value of IDR 1,000,000.
4. The promotion is valid for 1 (one) transaction per OCTO app user ID during the program period.
5. Quotas are limited during the program period.
6. The promotion is valid every day at all Urban Republic outlets that have CIMB Niaga EDC.
7. Cashback is only provided for payment transactions via the OCTO app QRIS using the OCTO Loan payment option and is valid at CIMB Niaga EDC QRIS codes.
8. Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash, are not valid in multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
9. Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the customers OCTO Mobile.
10. CIMB Niaga may at any time make changes to the terms and conditions of the program and/or terminate this program with prior notice.
11. CIMB Niaga and Urban Republic are entitled, without prior notice, to take necessary actions up to canceling benefits, if there is evidence of fraud by the OCTO application user related to this program.

Disclaimer:

1. CIMB Niaga and Urban Republic have the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of abuse, fraud, manipulation, and/or non-compliance with the applicable program terms and conditions.
2. The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, timing, and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by Urban Republic to Customers are entirely the responsibility of Urban Republic.
3. All transaction data and instructions conducted by Customers using the OCTO app’s QRIS Scan feature are entirely the responsibility of the Customers.
4. Any claims for returns or exchanges are entirely the responsibility of Urban Republic and must be made directly by the Customers to Urban Republic.
