Voucher Purchase through the OCTO Application

Terms and Conditions of the Program:

1. Program Period: January 15th,2026-February 14th, 2026
2. The program is only valid for customers invited via Email/WhatsApp.
3. Customers must enter the Promo code: VOUCHER0126
4. Customers will receive a Rp 10,000 cashback by making 1x voucher purchase transaction through OCTO.
5. The program applies specifically to transactions from the Voucher menu on the OCTO app.
6. The minimum transaction considered is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
7. Transactions must be made from an OCTO account registered with the email address or phone number that receives program information.
8. The program applies to electricity bill payment transactions using funds from Savings, Credit Card, and OCTO Pay.
9. Before making a transaction, customers must enter the promo code into OCTO during the program period by following these steps:
   • Login to OCTO
   • In the left menu, find and click the PROMO CODE menu in the Register & Promotions submenu
   • Click the promotional banner or
   • Enter the promo code in the promo code input box and click continue
   • Make the transaction according to the terms
   • Cashback will not be given if the promo code is entered after completing the transaction.
10. Cashback will be credited in real-time to the customers OCTO Pay account or no later than 1×24 hours after meeting the transaction requirements.
11. The winner quota is for the first 500 customers during the program period.

1. CIMB Niaga reserves the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.
2. All data and transaction instructions carried out by the Customer using OCTO/OCTO Pay are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
3. Any claims for refunds or exchanges are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant and must be made directly by the Customer to the Merchant.
4. CIMB Niaga may at any time change the terms and conditions of the program, and/or terminate this program with prior notice.
