Forget user ID
Sir/Madam, you may follow below steps:
– go to Home screen – click ‘Login’
– select ‘Forget User ID’
– We will send your User ID through SMS. Please use this user ID to login in OCTO Mobile.
– User ID is confidential, please don’t share this information to anyone.
