20% Cashback at Sawuh Frozen, Balikpapan Payment Using scan QRIS OCTO Mobile

Terms and Conditions of the Program:

  1. Promotion Period: 1 Desember 2024-31 Mei 2025
  2. Get a 20% cashback (maximum Rp 10,000) per transaction at Sawuh Frozen merchant, Balikpapan, payment using scan QRIS OCTO Mobile.
  3. Customers must use OCTO Pay funds when transacting with OCTO Mobile QRIS on CIMB Niaga’s EDC machines or static QR.
  4. One OCTO Mobile account can only receive a maximum of 1 (one) cashback per day and a maximum of 2 (two) cashbacks per week/month during the promotional period.
  5. The promotion is valid at Sawuh Frozen outlet, Jl Indrakila RT 27 No 17, Kel Gunung Samarinda Baru, Kec Balikpapan Utara 7612.
  6. Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the Customer’s OCTO Mobile account.
  7. The promotion cannot be converted into cash and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  8. If eligible, Customers will see potential cashback information on the transaction summary page of the OCTO Mobile application.
  9. CIMB Niaga and the merchant reserve the right to cancel promotional program benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the terms & conditions of the promotion.
  10. CIMB Niaga and the merchant reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.

 

Steps to transact with QRIS OCTO Mobile:

  1. Open the OCTO Mobile application and log in.
  2. Enter the passcode that will be sent via One Time Password (OTP).
  3. Access the OCTO Mobile screen and select the Pay QRIS menu.
  4. Scan the QRIS barcode at the Merchant.
  5. Fill in or verify the transaction amount for QRIS.
  6. Customers must select the funding source: OCTO Pay to receive cashback.
  7. Confirm the OCTO Mobile PIN.
  8. A notification will appear when the transaction has successfully debited the customer’s funding source.
