30% Cashback at Marutama Using QRIS OCTO Mobile

Periode Program: 1 Feb 2024 - 31 Jul 2024

Terms and Conditions of the Program:

  1. Program Period: February 1st – July 31st, 2024
  2. 30% Cashback (maximum Rp 10,000) per transaction at Marutama by scanning QRIS OCTO Mobile as the payment method.
  3. Each customer can receive a maximum of 1x cashback per week/month/account of OCTO Mobile during the program period.
  4. Cashback is only provided for QRIS OCTO Mobile transactions from OCTO Pay funds at CIMB Niaga’s EDC/QRIS.
  5. The promotion is valid every day at Marutama outlet located at Galaxy Mall, 2nd floor, Surabaya.
  6. Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash, are not cumulative, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  7. The maximum QRIS limit set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
  8. Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
  9. If eligible, customers will receive a potential cashback notification on the transaction summary page of the OCTO Mobile application.
  10. CIMB Niaga and the Merchant reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or to terminate this program with prior notice.
  11. CIMB Niaga & the Merchant reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of abuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.

 

Steps for Transaction with QRIS OCTO Mobile:

  1. Open the OCTO Mobile Application and Login
  2. Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP)
  3. Access the OCTO Mobile Screen and select the Pay QRIS menu
  4. Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant
  5. Fill in or check the transaction amount for QRIS
  6. Choose the funding source and promo code (if available)
  7. Confirm the OCTO Mobile PIN
  8. Notification will be sent once the transaction successfully debits the Customer’s funding source

  2. The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, timing, and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant to the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant.
  3. Any data and transaction instructions made by the Customer using QR OCTO Mobile are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
  4. Any claims for refunds or exchanges are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant and must be made directly by the Customer to the Merchant.
