Program Terms and Conditions:
- Program Period: February 1st – July 31st, 2024
- 30% Cashback (maximum of Rp 10,000) per transaction at Nam Heong by scanning QRIS OCTO Mobile as the payment method.
- 1 (one) OCTO Mobile account can receive a maximum of 1x cashback per week/month/OCTO Mobile account during the program period.
- Cashback is only given for QRIS OCTO Mobile transactions from OCTO Pay funds on CIMB Niaga EDC/QRIS.
- Promotion is valid every day at participating Nam Heong outlets.
- Promotions cannot be cashed out, not applicable in multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- The maximum QRIS limit specified by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
- Cashback will be credited in real-time or maximum within 1×24 hours to the registered OCTO Pay balance in the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
- If eligible, customers will receive potential cashback information on the transaction summary page of the OCTO Mobile application.
- CIMB Niaga and Merchant Parties may at any time make changes to the terms and conditions of the program, and/or terminate this program with prior notice.
- CIMB Niaga & Merchant Parties reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of abuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with applicable terms & conditions of the program.
Steps for transaction with QRIS OCTO Mobile:
- Log in to the OCTO Mobile Application and Login
- Enter the passcode that will be sent via One Time Password (OTP)
- Access the OCTO Mobile Screen and select the Pay QRIS menu
- Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant
- Fill in or check the transaction amount of QRIS
- Select the funding source and promo code (if any)
- Confirm the OCTO Mobile PIN
- Notification when the transaction has successfully debited the Customer’s funding source

- Any data and transaction instructions carried out by Customers using OCTO Mobile QR are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
- All claims for refunds or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the Merchant and must be made directly by the Customer to the Merchant.
