Terms and Conditions of the Program:
- Program Period: February 1st – July 31st, 2024
- 30% Cashback (maximum Rp 10,000) per transaction at Pasarame by scanning QRIS OCTO Mobile as the payment method.
- Each customer can receive a maximum of 1x cashback per day and a maximum of 2x cashback per week/month/account of OCTO Mobile during the program period.
- Cashback is only provided for QRIS OCTO Mobile transactions from OCTO Pay funds at CIMB Niaga’s EDC/QRIS.
- The promotion is valid every day at Pasarame outlet located at Tunjungan Plaza 6, 5th floor, Surabaya.
- Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash, are not cumulative, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- The maximum QRIS limit set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
- Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
- If eligible, customers will receive a potential cashback notification on the transaction summary page of the OCTO Mobile application.
- CIMB Niaga and the Merchant reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or to terminate this program with prior notice.
- CIMB Niaga & the Merchant reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of abuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.
Steps for Transaction with QRIS OCTO Mobile:
- Open the OCTO Mobile Application and Login
- Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP)
- Access the OCTO Mobile Screen and select the Pay QRIS menu
- Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant
- Fill in or check the transaction amount for QRIS
- Choose the funding source and promo code (if available)
- Confirm the OCTO Mobile PIN
- Notification will be sent once the transaction successfully debits the Customer’s funding source
