Terms and Conditions at Merchant:

1. Program Period: July 1st-September 30th, 2025
2. Cashback 50% (maximum Rp 5,000) per transaction at Buddhi School Canteen using QRIS OCTO Mobile scan as the payment method.
3. The promo cannot be converted into cash, is not applicable for multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
4. The promo is valid every day at the Buddhi School Canteen tenant.
5. Cashback is valid with a minimum purchase of IDR 5,000.
6. One customer can receive a maximum of 2x cashback per day, 8x cashback per week, or 8x cashback per month per OCTO Mobile account during the ongoing period.
7. Cashback is only provided for transactions made using QRIS OCTO Mobile scan from OCTO Pay from the CIMB Niaga static EDC/QR machine.
8. The maximum QRIS limit determined by Bank Indonesia is Rp10,000,000 per transaction.
9. Cashback will be credited in real time or a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered on the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
10. Customers are required to inform the cashier that they will use the QRIS OCTO Mobile scan before making payment.
11. CIMB Niaga and Kantin Sekolah Buddhi reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or terminate the program with prior notice.
12. CIMB Niaga & Kantin Sekolah Buddhi have the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the terms & conditions of the program.
13. By participating in this program, the customer agrees to follow the promotion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Transaction steps with QRIS OCTO Mobile

1. Open the OCTO Mobile application and log in.
2. Select the ‘Pay QRIS’ menu.
3. Scan the QR code with the corresponding amount.
4. Confirm the payment.
5. Enter your OCTO Mobile PIN.
6. The payment process is complete.

Promotion using Student Card and Buddhi Rumah Bersama app (Buddhi school)

Terms and Conditions:

1. Program Period: July 1st-September 30th, 2025
2. Cashback 50% (maximum Rp 5.000) per transaction
3. The promotion is valid for maximum of 2x cashback per day, 8x cashback per month
4. Transaction is mandatory from the OCTO Pay funding source using:
   – Barcode on the Student Card
   – Barcode through the Rumah Buddhi Bersama application.
5. The cashback reward will be credited to the OCTO Pay balance account.
6. The quota for winners is the first 200 customers.
7. The cashback will be credited manually, a maximum of 14 working days after the end of the month period. For example: The program period for July, then the calculation of 14 days is after July 31st, 2025. This means the maximum cashback will be credited to the customer’s OCTO Pay balance on August 20th, 2025.
8. CIMB Niaga and Kantin Sekolah Buddhi reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or terminate the program with prior notice.

Steps for transactions using the student card and the Buddhi Rumah Bersama application (Buddhi school):

Student Card

1. Show the barcode that is on the student ID card.
2. The barcode will be scanned by the cashier.
3. Confirm the payment by entering the OCTO Pay/OCTO Mobile PIN on the cashier’s POS machine.
4. The payment process is complete.

Buddhi Rumah Bersama Application

1. Login to the Buddhi Rumah Bersama application (school application)
2. Click on the Profile menu and click QR Code
3. Show the QR Code to the cashier to be scanned
4. Confirm the payment by entering the OCTO Pay/OCTO Mobile PIN on the cashier’s POS machine
5. Payment process is complete.
