Cashback 20% at Lotte Mart Using QRIS OCTO Mobile

Periode Program: 1 Apr 2024 - 31 Mar 2025

Terms and Conditions:

1. Program Period: April 13, 2024 – March 31, 2025
2. Cashback: 20% (maximum Rp 10,000) per transaction at Lotte Mart using QRIS OCTO Mobile as the payment method.
3. The cashback cannot be converted to cash, does not apply multiplicatively, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
4. The promotion is valid every day at all Lotte Mart outlets listed in the attachment below.
5. One customer can receive a maximum of 1x cashback per day, 2x cashback per week, and 2x cashback per month per OCTO Mobile account during the program period.
6. Cashback is only provided for transactions using QRIS OCTO Mobile from OCTO Pay funds on CIMB Niaga’s EDC machines/static QRIS.
7. Cashback will be credited in real-time or maximum within 24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
8. CIMB Niaga and Lotte Mart reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or terminate the program with prior notice.
9. CIMB Niaga & Lotte Mart reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms and conditions of the program.

 

Steps for transaction using QR OCTO Mobile:

1. Open the OCTO Mobile application and login.
2. Select the “Pay QRIS” menu.
3. Scan the QR code with the corresponding amount.
4. Confirm the payment.
5. Enter your OCTO Mobile PIN.
6. The payment process is completed.

5. Any claims for refunds or exchanges are solely the responsibility of the Merchant and must be directly addressed by the Customer to the Merchant.
