Cashback of Rp 100.000 on Crossborder QRIS transactions in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapura, Korea and Jepang using scan QRIS OCTO

Periode Program: 1 May 2026 - 31 Jul 2026

Terms and Conditions of the Program:

1. Program Period: May 1st–July 31st, 2026
2. Cashback Rp 50,000 per month for Crossborder QR transactions abroad (Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, and Japan) using OCTO QRIS scan.
3. The cashback quota is for the first 300 transactions per month during the program period.
4. 1 (one) OCTO user can receive cashback 1 (one) time per month or a maximum of 3 (three) times during the program period.
5. Transactions considered are QRIS Crossborder transactions in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, and Japan from the OCTO application with a minimum equivalent amount of IDR 500,000 in 1 (one) month, and transactions are cumulative, from Savings & OCTO Pay funding sources during the program period.
6. Promo cannot be cashed, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other payment channel promos.
7. Promo is valid at all merchants in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, and Japan that have been integrated with the QRIS Crossborder network.
8. The maximum QRIS limit set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
9. Cashback will be credited to the customer’s OCTO Pay account in IDR currency, within a maximum of 15 working days from the end of each month until the program period ends.
10. CIMB Niaga may at any time make changes to the terms and conditions of the program, and/or terminate this program without prior notification.
11. CIMB Niaga has the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.
12. Before making a transaction, the Customer must enter the promotional code into OCTO during the program period, by following the steps below:
    • Login to OCTO
    • In the left menu, find and click on the PROMO CODE menu in the List & Promotions submenu.
    • Click the promotional banner or
    • Enter the promo code in the promo code input box and click continue.
    • Make a transaction according to the terms.
    • Cashback will not be given if the promo code is entered after making the transaction.

Steps for transactions with QRIS OCTO:

1. Log in to the OCTO Application.
2. Select the Pay QRIS menu.
3. Scan the QRIS code with the corresponding amount.
4. Select Savings & OCTO Pay as the funding source.
5. Confirm the payment.
6. Enter the OCTO PIN.
7. The payment process is complete.

2. The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, timing, and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant to the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant.
3. All transaction data and instructions made by the Customer using QRIS OCTO are the full responsibility of the Customer.
4. Any claims for refunds or exchanges are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant and must be made directly by the Customer to the Merchant.
