a. Program Terms and Conditions:
- Program period: 1 March-31 May 2025:
- 1 KTP is only valid 1x during the program period.
- Customers can continue the mission that has been started by entering the email registered in the system and entering the OTP code sent to the email registered at bankwide.
- Customers must agree to the terms and conditions before starting to play.
- DL Mission has 3 Levels with different requirements for each level.
- The prizes that will be obtained by Customers are the following e-voucher balances:
- Level 1 prize e-voucher IDR 25 Thousand Gopay balance e-voucher
- Level 2 prize e-voucher IDR 50 Thousand Gopay balance e-voucher
- Level 3 prize e-voucher IDR 100 Thousand Gopay balance e-voucher
- The type of e-voucher may change at any time without notice to the Customer.
- Evoucher will be claimed and sent by the Digital Lounge Officer when the Customer has completed 1 level.
- Evoucher prizes cannot be exchanged for other types of prizes.
- If the mission is carried out other than on Interactive TV, the Customer must confirm to DBM to validate the mission that has been carried out. Example: the mission that must be carried out is a transaction using QRIS OCTO Mobile. To validate that this has been done, the customer must show proof of the transaction to DBM, and DBM will check that the mission has been successful in the DL Mission system.
- If the period has ended, the mission that has been carried out by the customer is considered forfeited and cannot be continued in the next period.
- In the OCTO Game mission, customers can choose one game from the 4 games available. If they do not pass one of the games, the customer can try another game and if all games fail, the customer can repeat the mission the next day.
- The program can be combined with other Digital Lounge programs.
- The program can be combined with other Digital Lounge programs.
- Examples of missions can be seen in point B.

- Customers are required to make an initial deposit of at least IDR 100,000
- Customers must be registered for Octo Mobile and Octo Clicks
- Customers are required to top up a minimum of IDR 10,000 in the Customers Octopay
- Customers are required to show proof of each point that the Customer has made to the CIMB Niaga Digital Lounge officer.
- Customers are allowed to claim proof of activity according to level 1 as long as it is still within the program period.
Level 2 :
- Customers are required to make purchases/bill payments of at least IDR 50,000 in the customers own Octo Mobile.
- Customers are required to open Xtra Valas savings in Octo Mobile under the Customers own name.
- Customers are required to make cash withdrawals at ATMs using the cardless method on their own Octo Mobile.
- Customers are required to show proof of each point that the Customer has made to the CIMB Niaga Digital Lounge officer.
- Customers are allowed to claim proof of activity according to level 2 as long as it is still within the program period.
Level 3:
- Customers are required to open a Goal Savers savings account with a minimum deposit of IDR 1,000,000 with a minimum tenor according to the provisions of the Goal Savers product.
- Customers are required to make transactions on Video Banking
- Customers are required to bring 1 friend/relative to open a savings account at the CIMB Niaga Digital Lounge (New Customers Only).
- Customers are required to show proof of each point that the Customer has made to the CIMB Niaga Digital Lounge officer.
- Customers are allowed to claim proof of activity according to level 2 as long as it is still within the program period.
