Terms and Conditions of the Program:
- Program Period July 1st 2025-June 30th, 2026
- 20% cashback (maximum IDR 5,000) per transaction at Family Mart using QRIS OCTO as a payment method.
- Promo cannot be cashed, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Promo is valid every day at participating Family Mart outlets attached. (Click here)
- One customer can get a maximum of 1x cashback/day, 2x cashback/week or 2x cashback/month per OCTO account during the period.
- Cashback is only given for OCTO Mobile QR transactions from OCTO Pay funding sources and scanning must be done on the QRIS DANA, Gopay, & Shopeepay (not valid to other institution).
- Cashback will be credited in real time or a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered on the Customers OCTO.
- By participating in this program, the customer agrees to take part in the promotion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
- Customers are required to inform the cashier that they will use the QRIS OCTO scan before making payment.
- CIMB Niaga and Family Mart can make changes to the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or end this program with prior notification.
- CIMB Niaga & Family Mart has the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.
Transaction steps with QRIS OCTO:
- Enter the OCTO Application, then Login
- Select the Pay QRIS menu
- Then scan the QR with the appropriate nominal value
- Confirm payment
- Enter the OCTO PIN
- The payment process has been completed.
