Program Terms and Conditions :
- Program Period 11 November 2024-31 May 2025
- 30% cashback (maximum IDR 10,000) per transaction at Garaside Coffee merchant, Samarinda, payment using QRIS OCTO Mobile scan.
- To get cashback, customers must use the OCTO Pay funding source when making QRIS OCTO Mobile transactions on CIMB Niaga static EDC or QR machines.
- 1 (one) OCTO Mobile account can only get a maximum of 1 (one) cashback per day and a maximum of 2 (two) cashbacks per week / per month, during the promotional period.
- Promo is valid at the Garaside Coffee outlet located on Jl Ramania Dalam no 88 Sidodadi, Samarinda Ulu District, Samarinda City, East Kalimantan.
- Cashback will be credited in real time or a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered on the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
- Promo cannot be cashed or combined with other promos.
- If a customer is eligible to get cashback, information about potential cashback will appear on the transaction summary page of the OCTO Mobile application.
- CIMB Niaga and merchants have the right to cancel promotional program benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable promotional program terms & conditions.
- CIMB Niaga and merchants have the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.
Steps to make a transaction using QRIS OCTO Mobile scan:
- Enter the OCTO Mobile application and Login
- Enter the passcode that will be sent via One Time Password (OTP)
- Enter the OCTO Mobile Screen and select the Pay QRIS menu
- Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant
- Fill in or check the QRIS transaction nominal
- Customers must choose the funding source: OCTO Pay to get cashback
- Confirm the OCTO Mobile PIN
- Notification if the transaction has successfully debited the customer’s source of funds
