Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Program Period: January 1st – June 30th, 2024
  2. Get 30% Cashback (up to Rp 10,000) per transaction at Marutama Ra-Men & Nabe Medan using QRIS OCTO Mobile  as the payment method.
  3. The promo cannot be converted into cash, is not applicable for multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  4. The promo is valid every day at the attached Marutama Ra-Men & Nabe Medan outlets.
  5. One customer can receive a maximum of 1x cashback/day/week/month/OCTO Mobile account during the program period.
  6. Cashback is only provided for QRIS OCTO Mobile transactions from Savings, Credit Card & OCTO Pay funds on CIMB Niaga’s EDC machines/static QR.
  7. The maximum QRIS limit determined by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
  8. Cashback will be credited in real time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the registered OCTO Pay balance in the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
  9. The QR purchase transaction feature can only be used for fully registered Savings, Credit Card, and OCTO Pay customers.
  10. CIMB Niaga and Marutama Ra-Men & Nabe Medan reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program and/or terminate the program with prior notice.
  11. CIMB Niaga & Merchant reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.

 

Steps for Transaction with QR OCTO Mobile:

  1. Open the OCTO Mobile Application and Log in.
  2. Select the “Pay QRIS” menu.
  3. Scan the QRIS with the appropriate amount.
  4. Confirm the payment.
  5. Enter the OCTO Mobile PIN.
  6. The payment process is completed.
