Terms and Conditions of the Program:
- Program Period: May 1 – October 31, 2024
- Get 30% cashback (maximum Rp 10,000) per transaction at P.S.I Coffee & Spiku by scanning QRIS OCTO Mobile as the payment method with OCTO Pay as the funding source on CIMB Niaga’s EDC/QRIS.
- The promotion is applicable without a minimum transaction.
- Each customer can get 1x cashback per day and a maximum of 2x cashback per week/month per OCTO Mobile account during the event period.
- The promotion is valid every day at P.S.I Coffee & Spiku outlets as listed in the partnership.
- Promotions cannot be converted to cash, not applicable for multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- The maximum QRIS limit set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
- Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
- If the customer is eligible for cashback, a potential cashback notification will appear on the transaction summary page of the OCTO Mobile application.
- CIMB Niaga and P.S.I Coffee & Spiku reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or terminate this program with prior notice.
- CIMB Niaga & Merchant have the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.
Here are the steps to transact with QRIS OCTO Mobile:
- Open the OCTO Mobile app and log in.
- Enter the passcode that will be sent via One Time Password (OTP).
- Access the OCTO Mobile screen and select the Pay QRIS menu.
- Scan the QRIS barcode at the Merchant.
- Fill in or verify the transaction amount for QRIS.
- Choose the OCTO Pay funding source and enter the promo code (if any).
- Confirm your OCTO Mobile PIN.
- You’ll receive a notification once the transaction has successfully debited the Customer’s funding source.

- Any data and transaction instructions carried out by the Customer using QRIS OCTO Mobile are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
- Any claims for refunds or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the Merchant and must be directly addressed by the Customer to the Merchant.
