Program Period: 5 – 30 April 2024

1. Customers are required to open an Installment Goal Savers/IB Goal Savers savings account.
2. Program participation is only valid once for 1 CIF/KTP in 1 program period.
3. Opening a Goal Savers/IB Goal Savers savings account must be done on OCTO Mobile.
4. Customers make an initial deposit for Goal Savers/IB Goal Savers savings and receive the following prizes:
   
5. Gifting SLA:
   o Gopay Balance eVoucher prizes will be sent via email registered in the CIMB Niaga system.
   o The email sent is an attachment containing a PIN and a link for exchanging prizes.
   o Attachments can be opened using the customer’s 6 digit mobile phone number registered in the CIMB Niaga system.
   o The eVoucher prize will be sent M+1 after the program period is over. Example: program period 1 – 29 February, then prizes will be sent in March.
6. Customers must register for OCTO Mobile, OCTO Clicks and OCTO Pay in the same month as the program period. If registration is not carried out in the same month or in that month the customer is not registered with all/one of CIMB Niaga’s Branchless Banking, the customer is considered ineligible and will be declared invalid from participating in the program. Example: program period 1-29 February, then Branchless Banking registration must be done during February.
7. Customers are required to enter the BONUSTHR promo code on OCTO Mobile.
8. If a customer breaks hold of funds before the hold period is over, the customer is obliged to return the full amount of the prize given (not prorated).
9. Complaints regarding prizes are received no later than 7 working days (after M+1 of the prize delivery period).
10. This program cannot be combined with other Digital Lounge programs.
11. Customers are required to sign the fund hold form.
12. If the points above are not met, then the Customer is not eligible to receive the Cashback prize and will be declared void from participating in the program.
13. This program is only valid at CIMB Niaga Digital Lounge and Event Booth Digital Banking with account opening assisted by DBM.
