Terms and Conditions of the Program:

1. Program Period: March,1st-August, 31st 2026
2. Cashback 20% (maximum Rp 5.000,-) per transaction by scanning QRIS OCTO as payment method on QRIS CIMB Niaga.
3. No minimum transaction applied.
4. The promotion program applies to all beverage, food, and merchandise products, including add-ons.
5. One customer can get a maximum 1x cashback/ day and maximum 4x cashback/ week/ month/ OCTO user during the program period.
6. The promotion is valid daily at Koperasi Caritas Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta di Jalan Babarsari No.44 Gedung Thomas Aquinas Kec. Depok Kel. Catur Tunggal Kab. Sleman DIY.
7. Cashback is only provided for OCTO QRIS transactions from OCTO Pay on the CIMB Niaga QRIS code.
8. The program is only valid for dine-in and take-away transactions. It does not apply to delivery or orders placed through third-party services.
9. The promo cannot be converted into cash, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other promos.
10. Cashback will be credited in real-time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the Customers OCTO.
    
11. CIMB Niaga and Koperasi Caritas Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta reserve the right, without prior notice, to take any necessary actions, including the cancellation of benefits, if any fraudulent activity by OCTO users related to this program is suspected.

Transactions Steps with QRIS OCTO:

1. Log in to the OCTO Application
2. Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP)
3. Access the OCTO Screen and select the Pay QRIS menu
4. Scan the QRIS Barcode at the Merchant
5. Fill in or check the transaction amount for QRIS
6. Select source of funds and promo code (if available)
7. Confirm the OCTO PIN
8. Notification when the transaction has successfully debited the Customers funds

1. CIMB Niaga & Merchants reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.
2. The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, timing, and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant to the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant.
3. Any data and transaction instructions made by the Customer using QRIS OCTO are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
4. All claims for returns or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the Merchant and must be directly made by the Customer to the Merchant.
