Cashback 50% at Market & Museum Atel13r, using Scan QRIS OCTO

Periode Program: 6 Nov 2025 - 9 Nov 2025

Program Terms and Conditions:

1. Program Period: November 6th-9th, 2025.
2. Cashhback 50% (up to the maximum Rp 20,000) per transaction, for purchases at merchants participating in the Market & Museum Atel13r event, Lippo Mall Kemang, payments using QRIS OCTO scan.
3. Specifically for retail tenants, the cashback amount is capped at Rp 20,000, and for F&B tenants, the cashback amount is capped at Rp 15,000.
4. Specifically for retail tenants, Customers can receive a maximum of 6 (six) cashback per day and a maximum of 12 (twelve) cashback during the promotional period, per 1 OCTO Mobile account. Similarly, for F&B tenants, Customers can receive a maximum of 6 (six) cashback per day and a maximum of 12 (twelve) cashback during the promotional period, per 1 OCTO Mobile account.
5. Cashback is only given for QRIS OCTO transactions from the funding source: OCTO Pay on CIMB Niaga EDC machines
6. The promo is only valid for transactions at tenants participating in the Market&Museum Atel13r event, Lippo Mall Kemang.
7. Cashback will be credited in real time or a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the customers OCTO.
8. The maximum QRIS limit set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
9. The promotion cannot be redeemed for cash, is not valid for multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
10. If the customer is eligible to receive cashback, a potential cashback notice will appear on the transaction summary page in the OCTO app.
11. By participating in this program, Customers agree to participate in promotions in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
12. You can adjust your preferences and relevance for promotional messages received and the communication media used by contacting CIMB Niaga Service at 14041.
13. CIMB Niaga and The Organizer may change the program’s terms and conditions at any time, and/or terminate this program with prior notice.
14. CIMB Niaga & The Organizer reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is an indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.

Steps to make transactions with QRIS OCTO:

1. Enter the OCTO application and log in.
2. Enter the passcode that will be sent via One Time Password (OTP).
3. Go to the OCTO screen and select the Pay QRIS menu.
4. Scan the QRIS barcode on CIMB Niaga EDC.
5. Enter or check the QRIS transaction amount.
6. The customer must select the funding source: OCTO Pay to receive cashback.
7. Confirm the OCTO PIN.
8. Notification if the transaction has successfully debited the customers funding source.

2. The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, timing, and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant to the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant.
3. Any data and transaction instructions made by the Customer using QRIS OCTO are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
4. All claims for returns or exchanges are the sole responsiblity of the Merchant and must be directly made by the Customer to the Merchant.
