Pay Water Bills on OCTO Mobile

Terms & Conditions of the Program:

  1. Program Period: April 15th-May 14th, 2025
  2. The program is only valid for invited customers via Email/WA message.
  3. Customers must enter the Promo code: PDAM0425
  4. Customers will get a cashback of IDR 10,000 by making 1x PDAM/PAM/payment transaction from the bill payment & Top Up menu from OCTO Mobile.
  5. The program is valid specifically for transactions from the bills & top up PDAM/PAM menu on the OCTO Mobile application from Savings, Credit Card, or OCTO Pay funding sources.
  6. The minimum transaction calculated is IDR 50,000 in 1 transaction.
  7. Transactions must be made from an OCTO Mobile account registered with an email address or mobile phone number that receives program information.
  8. Transactions using Savings/Giro, Credit Card or OCTO Pay funding sources.
  9. Before making a transaction, Customers must enter the promo code into OCTO Mobile during the program period, by following these steps:
    • Login to OCTO Mobile
    • In the left menu, find and click the PROMOTION CODE menu in the Register & Promotion submenu
    • Click the promo banner or
    • Enter the promo code in the enter promo code box and click continue
    • Make transactions according to the provisions
    • Cashback will not be given if the promo code is entered after making a transaction.
  10. Cashback will be credited in real time to the Customer’s Mobile Account or no later than 1×24 hours after meeting the transaction requirements.
  11. The winning quota is for the first 1,500 customers, during the program period.
