Pay Electricity Bills and Top Up Electricity Credit on OCTO Mobile

Program Terms and Conditions:

  1. Program Period : October 15th-November 15th 2024
  2. The program is only valid for invited customers via Email/WhatsApp
  3. Customers must enter the Promo code:: PLN1024 before making a transaction.
  4. Customers will get IDR 10,000 cashback by making 1 (electricity bill) payment transaction or recharging electricity credit (prepaid electricity) from the Bills & Top Up menu on OCTO Mobile.
  5. The program applies specifically to transactions from the bills & top up menu on the OCTO Mobile application from savings fund sources and OCTO Pay.
  6. The minimum transaction taken into account is IDR 50,000 per transaction.
  7. Transactions must be made from an OCTO Mobile account registered with the email address or cellphone number that receives the program information.
  8. The program applies to electricity bill payment transactions using savings/current account funding sources and OCTO Pay, while for electricity credit refill transactions using all funding sources, savings, credit cards and OCTO Pay.
  9. Before making a transaction, the Customer is required to enter the promotional code into OCTO Mobile during the program period, by following these steps:
    • Login to OCTO Mobile
    • In the left menu, find and click the PROMO CODE menu in the Register & Promotion sub menu
    • Click the promotional banner or
    • Enter the promotional code in the enter promotional code box and click continue
    • Carry out transactions according to the provisions
    • Cashback will not be given if the promo code is entered after making a transaction
  10. Cashback will be credited in real time to the Customers OCTO Pay or no later than 1×24 hours after fulfilling the transaction requirements.
  11. The valid quota is for the first 2,000 customers, during the program period.

  2. The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, timing, and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant to the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant.
  3. Any data and transaction instructions made by the Customer using QRIS OCTO Mobile are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
  4. All claims for returns or exchanges are the sole responsiblity of the Merchant and must be directly made by the Customer to the Merchant.
