Terms and Conditions of the Program:

  1. Program Period: March 1st, 2026 – August 31st, 2026
  2. 20% Cashback (maximum Rp 10,000) per transaction at SHELL & SHELL Select using QRIS OCTO as the payment method
  3. The promotion cannot be converted into cash, is not applicable for multiples, and cannot be combined with other promos
  4. The promotion is valid every day at the attached SHELL & Shell Select outlets. (Click here)
  5. One customer can receive a maximum of 1 cashback per day/week/month/ OCTO account during the ongoing period. Quota applies combined for Shell & Shell Select.
  6. Cashback is only provided for QRIS OCTO transactions from OCTO Pay funds at CIMB Niaga EDC machines / static QR / Shell Hand-Held Terminal (HHT).
  7. Cashback will be credited in real time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the Customers OCTO account
  8. By participating in this program, the customer agrees to take part in the promotion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
  9. Customers are required to inform the cashier that they will use the QRIS OCTO scan before making payment.
  10. CIMB Niaga and SHELL & SHELL Select reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program and/or terminate the program with prior notice
  11. CIMB Niaga & SHELL & SHELL Select reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is suspected misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with applicable program terms & conditions.

Transaction steps with QRIS OCTO:

  1. Open the OCTO application and log in.
  2. Select the ‘Pay QRIS’ menu.
  3. Scan the QR code with the corresponding amount.
  4. Confirm the payment.
  5. Enter your OCTO PIN.
  6. The payment process is complete.
