Cashback 20% at Sociolla merchants using scan QRIS OCTO

Program Terms and Conditions:

  1. Program Period: November 1st – April 30th, 2026.
  2. Cashback 20% (maximum cashback Rp 1000) per transaction, at Sociolla offline stores, payment with scan QRIS OCTO.
  3. The promotion is valid every day at Sociolla outlets (Click here), without minimum purchase requirement.
  4. The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, applied in multiples, or combined with other promotions.
  5. Each OCTO customer can receive a maximum of 1 (one) time cashback per day and maximum 2 (two) times cashback per week / per month, throughout promotion period.
  6. Cashback is only given for transactions using QRIS OCTO using OCTO Pay as the source of fund on the tenant’s POS machine.
  7. The promotional program is only valid for transactions at Sociolla stores. It does not apply to online transactions on the Sociolla mobile app or website.
  8. The maximum QRIS limit set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
  9. Cashback will be credited in real time or up to a maximum of 24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the customers OCTO.
  10. By participating in this program, Customers agree to participate in promotions in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
  11. You can adjust your preferences and relevance for promotional messages received and the communication media used by contacting CIMB Niaga Service at 14041.
  12. CIMB Niaga and Sociolla may change the program’s terms and conditions at any time, and/or terminate this program with prior notice.
  13. CIMB Niaga & Sociolla reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is an indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.

Transaction steps to make a transaction at Sociolla stores by scanning the QRIS OCTO:

  1. At the time of payment at the merchant’s store, the merchant’s POS machine will generate a QRIS barcode.
  2. Open the OCTO application and login.
  3. Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP).
  4. Go to the OCTO screen and select the Pay QRIS menu.
  5. Scan the QRIS barcode at the merchant’s POS.
  6. Enter or check the QRIS transaction amount.
  7. The customer must select the funding source: OCTO Pay to receive cashback.
  8. Confirm the OCTO PIN.
  9. A notification will appear once the transaction has successfully debited the customer’s funding source.

  2. The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, timing, and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant to the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant.
  3. All data and transaction instructions performed by the Customer using QRIS OCTO Mobile are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
  4. All claims for returns or exchanges are entirely the responsibility of the Merchant and must be handled directly by the Customer with the Merchant.
