Program Terms and Conditions:
- Program Period: November 1st – April 30th, 2026.
- Cashhback 20% (maximum Rp 10,000) at Sociolla’s offline store/outlet, payment can be made using scan QRIS OCTO.
- The promotion is valid every day at Sociolla outlets (Click here)
- The promotion cannot be redeemed for cash, is not valid in multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- (one) user OCTO can receive a maximum of 1 (one) cashback per day and a maximum of 2 (two) cashback per week/per month, during the promotion period.
- Cashback is only given for transactions using QRIS OCTO specifically with the funding source: OCTO Pay, on the tenant’s POS machine.
- The promotional program is only valid for transactions at Sociolla stores. It does not apply to online transactions on the Sociolla mobile app or website.
- The maximum QRIS limit set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
- Cashback will be credited in real time or up to a maximum of 24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered in the customers OCTO.
- By participating in this program, Customers agree to participate in promotions in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
- You can adjust your preferences and relevance for promotional messages received and the communication media used by contacting CIMB Niaga Service at 14041.
- CIMB Niaga and Sociolla may change the program’s terms and conditions at any time, and/or terminate this program with prior notice.
- CIMB Niaga & Sociolla reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is an indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.
Transaction steps to make a transaction at Sociolla stores by scanning the QRIS OCTO:
- At the time of payment at the merchant’s store, the merchant’s POS machine will generate a QRIS barcode.
- Open the OCTO application and login.
- Enter the passcode sent via One Time Password (OTP).
- Go to the OCTO screen and select the Pay QRIS menu.
- Scan the QRIS barcode at the merchant’s POS.
- Enter or check the QRIS transaction amount.
- The customer must select the funding source: OCTO Pay to receive cashback.
- Confirm the OCTO PIN.
- A notification will appear once the transaction has successfully debited the customer’s funding source.
