Sure Profit! Open a GOAL Savers account to get a cashback of IDR 500 thousand

Terms and Conditions of the Program:

1. Customers are required to open an Installment savings account:
   – GOAL Savers: Customers will receive a Cashback in the form of OCTO Pay balance of IDR 500 thousand.
   – iB GOAL Savers: Customers will receive a prize in the form of ShopeePay balance of IDR 500 thousand.
2. Participation in the program is valid only once for 1 CIF/KTP within 1 program period.
3. Opening a GOAL Savers/iB GOAL Savers account must be done through OCTO Mobile.
4. Customers make an initial deposit into the GOAL Savers/iB GOAL Savers account and receive prizes as follows:
   
5. SLA for Prize Distribution:
   – Cashback prizes will be credited to the customer’s registered OCTO Pay number at the latest by M+1 after the end of the program period.
   – ShopeePay balance prizes will be sent at the latest by M+1 to the email registered with CIMB Niaga Bank.
6. Customers must be registered on OCTO Mobile, OCTO Clicks, and OCTO Pay in the same month as the program period. If registration is not done in the same month or if the customer is not registered with all/any of CIMB Niaga’s Branchless Banking services during that month, the customer is considered ineligible and participation in the program is deemed canceled. For example: program period from February 1st to 28th, then Branchless Banking registration must be done during the month of February.
7. E-vouchers will be sent to the customer’s email address registered in the bank’s system.
8. If a customer breaks the fund hold before the hold period ends, the customer must return the prize amount given in full (not prorated).
9. Complaints regarding prizes received must be made no later than 7 working days (after M+1 of the prize distribution period).
10. This program CANNOT be combined with other Digital Lounge programs.
11. Customers must sign a fund hold form.
12. If the above points are not met, the customer is not eligible to receive the Cashback prize and participation in the program is deemed canceled.
13. This program is only valid at CIMB Niaga Digital Lounges, and account openings are assisted by Digital Lounge Officers.
