Terms and Conditions of the Program:
- Program Period : November 15th-December 14th 2024
- The program is only valid for invited customers via Email/WhatsApp
- Customers must enter the Promo code : QRIS1124
- Cashback IDR 25,000 by scanning QRIS OCTO Mobile at your favorite merchant or e-Commerce merchant.
- The program is valid with a minimum transaction of 3 (three) times and the minimum transaction taken into account is IDR 50,000 per transaction.
- The program applies specifically for payments by scanning QRIS OCTO Mobile from fully registered OCTO Pay and Savings funding sources to be able to make transactions using the QRIS menu on OCTO Mobile.
- The program does not apply to all QRIS CPM (Customer Presented Mode) scan transactions.
- Transactions must be made from an OCTO Mobile account registered with the email address or cellphone number that receives the program information.
- Transactions at favorite merchants and e-Commerce can be done at all merchants that accept payments using QRIS, by following the steps in points C & D below.
- Payments other than those specified above (such as virtual accounts, transfers, credit & debit cards) will not be taken into account to participate in this program.
- Before making a transaction, the Customer is required to enter the promotional code into OCTO Mobile during the program period, by following these steps:
- Login to OCTO Mobile
- In the left menu, find and click the PROMO CODE menu in the Register & Promotion sub menu
- Click the promotional banner or
- Enter the promo code in the enter promotional code box and click continue
- Carry out transactions according to the provisions
- Cashback will not be given if the promo code is entered after making a transaction
- Cashback will be credited in real time to the Customers OCTO Pay or no later than 1×24 hours after fulfilling the transaction requirements.
- The winning quota is for the first 2,000 customers during the program period.

- CIMB Niaga has the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.
- The availability, quality, type, price, suitability, time and delivery process of goods and/or services provided by the service provider to the Customer is entirely the responsibility of the service provider.
- Every transaction data and instructions carried out by the Customer using OCTO Mobile are fully the responsibility of the Customer.
- All claims for returns or exchanges are entirely the responsibility of the service provider and must be made directly by the customer to the service provider.
- CIMB Niaga can make changes to the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or terminate this program with prior notification.

Transactions Steps with QRIS OCTO Mobile in offline merchant :
- Enter the OCTO Mobile Application, then Login
- Select the Pay QRIS menu
- Then scan the QR with the appropriate nominal value
- Confirm payment
- Enter the OCTO Mobile PIN
- The payment process has been completed.
Transactions Steps with QRIS OCTO Mobile in offline merchant e-Commerce:
- Sign in & log-in to the eCommerce merchants website/mobile application.
- Select the product you want to buy.
- Check the shopping details again, select the delivery service you want to use.
- Fill in complete buyer data and shipping address.
- Choose a payment method using QRIS OCTO Mobile:
- QR code will be displayed on the website page.
- Login to your OCTO Mobile, select the Pay QRIS menu and select Scan.
- Scan the QRIS code inside the red line. (The [1234] button is used if you want to enter the reference code to process the payment).
- Check your transaction summary details again, then click confirm to continue the transaction.
- Enter your 2 digit random OCTO Mobile PIN. Click Continue
