Cashback of Rp 20,000 on cross-border QRIS transactions in Malaysia using scan QRIS OCTO Mobile

Terms and Conditions of the Program:

  1. Program Period: August 1st – Oct 31st, 2024
  2. Cashback of Rp 20,000 (maximum up to Rp 100,000) for cross-border QR transactions in Malaysia using scan QRIS OCTO Mobile.
  3. The cashback quota is for the first 2,500 transactions during the program period.
  4. Each OCTO Mobile user can receive a maximum of 5 cashbacks during the program period.
    Eligible transactions are cross-border QRIS transactions in Malaysia from the OCTO Mobile
  5. app with a minimum amount of Rp 200,000 per transaction, from Savings & OCTO Pay sources during the program period.
  6. Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, not valid for multiples, and cannot be combined with other payment channel promos.
  7. Promotion is valid at all merchants in Malaysia that have been integrated with the cross-border QRIS network.
  8. The maximum QRIS limit set by Bank Indonesia is Rp 10,000,000.
  9. Notification of winning OCTO Mobile users entitled to cashback will be sent every month via SMS to the phone number registered on OCTO Mobile, and cashback will be credited manually within a maximum of 15 working days from the end of each month until the end of the program period.
  10. CIMB Niaga reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time and/or terminate the program without prior notice.
  11. CIMB Niaga reserves the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.

Steps for transactions with OCTO Mobile QRIS:

  1. Log in to the OCTO Mobile Application.
  2. Select the Pay QRIS menu.
  3. Scan the QRIS code with the corresponding amount.
  4. Select Savings & OCTO Pay as the funding source.
  5. Confirm the payment.
  6. Enter the OCTO Mobile PIN.
  7. The payment process is complete.
