Terms and Conditions of the Program

1. Program Period: November 1st, 2025-April 30th, 2026
2. Cashback 30% (maximum IDR 10,000) per transaction at Gokana, RaaCha, Chopstix, BMK, Bamiko, Platinum, Platinum Grill & Grillman using QRIS OCTO as a payment method.
3. Promo cannot be cashed, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
4. Promo is valid every day at the attached Gokana, RaaCha, Chopstix, BMK, Bamiko, Platinum, Platinum Grill & Grillman outlets combined. (Click here)
5. One customer can get a maximum of 1x cashback/day, dan 3x/month per OCTO Mobile account during the period.
6. The cashback quota applies collectively across all brands in point number 4, where a customer can receive a maximum of 1 x cashback per day and a maximum of 3x cashbacks per month per OCTO account during the period.
7. Cashback is given for QRIS OCTO transactions from the following funding sources:
   • Scan QRIS OCTO: Saving, OCTO Pay, and CIMB Niaga Mastercard Credit Card
   • QRIS Tap OCTO: Saving
8. Cashback will be credited in real time or a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered on the Customers OCTO Mobile.
9. By participating in this program, the customer agrees to take part in the promotion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
10. Customers are required to inform the cashier that they will use the QRIS OCTO scan before making payment.
11. You can customize your preferences and relevance for promotional messages received and the communication media used by contacting CIMB Niaga service at 14041.
12. The QRIS Tap feature can only be used on Android mobile phones.
13. CIMB Niaga and Champ Group can make changes to the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or end this program with prior notification.
14. CIMB Niaga & Champ Group has the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.

Transaction steps with QRIS OCTO:

1. Enter the OCTO Application, then Login
2. Select the Pay QRIS menu
3. Then scan the QR with the appropriate nominal value
4. Confirm payment
5. Enter the OCTO PIN
6. The payment process has been completed.
