Terms and Conditions of the Program

1. Program Period: May1st-Oct 31st, 2026
2. Cashback 30% (maximum IDR 10,000) per transaction at Gokana, RaaCha, Chopstix, BMK, Bamiko, Platinum, Platinum Grill & Grillman using QRIS OCTO as a payment method.
3. Promo cannot be cashed, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
4. Promo is valid every day at the attached Gokana, RaaCha, Chopstix, BMK, Bamiko, Platinum, Platinum Grill & Grillman outlets combined. (Click here)
5. The cashback quota is valid combined across all brands in point number 4, where one customer can receive a maximum of 1x cashback/day and a maximum of 4x cashback/week or 4x cashback/month/account on OCTO during the period.
6. Cashback is only given for QRIS OCTO transactions from OCTO Pay, Savings, and Credit Card funding sources on QRIS codes owned by CIMB Niaga, Bank Mandiri, Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), and Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI).
7. Cashback will be credited in real time or a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered on the Customers OCTO Mobile.
8. By participating in this program, the customer agrees to take part in the promotion in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
9. Customers are required to inform the cashier that they will use the QRIS OCTO scan before making payment.
10. The promotion is valid for dine-in, take away, and delivery services (belonging to Champ Group brands).
11. The Champ Group Delivery Call Center service information is 14084 (please inform the staff at the time of ordering if you are making a payment using QRIS OCTO)
12. CIMB Niaga and Champ Group can make changes to the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or end this program with prior notification.
13. CIMB Niaga & Champ Group has the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.

 

Transaction steps with QRIS OCTO:

1. Enter the OCTO Application, then Login
2. Select the Pay QRIS menu
3. Then scan the QR with the appropriate nominal value
4. Confirm payment
5. Enter the OCTO PIN
6. The payment process has been completed.
