Program Period: January 1st – December 31st, 2024

1. Applicable for both CIMB Niaga customers and non-customers.
2. The available types of prizes are as follows:
   – Grand Prize: Gadget & Electronic Items. Details regarding the type and brand of items will be provided if there are any changes to the prizes.
   – Regular Prize: Digital Lounge Merchandise.
3. Regular Prizes (for Digital Lounge merchandise) must be claimed on the same day.
4. Grand Prizes will be delivered to the customer’s address with an SLA of 7 working days for Jabodetabek area and 14 working days for areas outside Jabodetabek.
5. Winning customers of grand prizes must provide their delivery address to the attending Digital Lounge Staff.
6. 1 phone number and email address are valid only once during the program period.
7. The types of prizes are subject to change at any time.
8. Winners must show confirmation email (if email is not received, they can show a capture of the notification on the interactive TV in the DL) of the type of prize received to the DBM to redeem the prize.
9. Prizes must be claimed on the same day (Regular Prizes: Digital Lounge merchandise). If not claimed on the same day, the customer is considered to have participated in the Lucky Dip program and cannot participate again during the program period.
10. The claiming of merchandise prizes cannot be delegated to others.
