Terms and Conditions of the Program
- Program Period August, 1st 2024-March, 31st 2025
- 30% cashback (maximum IDR 10,000) per transaction at Gokana, RaaCha, Chopstix, BMK, Bamiko, Platium, Platinum Grill & Grillman using QRIS OCTO Mobile as a payment method.
- Promo cannot be cashed, does not apply to multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Promo is valid every day at the attached Gokana, RaaCha, Chopstix, BMK, Bamiko, Platium, Platinum Grill & Grillman outlets combined. (Click here)
- One customer can get a maximum of 1x cashback/day, dan 3x/month per OCTO Mobile account during the period.
- Cashback is only given for QRIS OCTO Mobile transactions from OCTO Pay funding sources on CIMB Niaga static EDC / QR machines.
- Cashback will be credited in real time or a maximum of 1×24 hours to the OCTO Pay balance registered on the Customers OCTO Mobile.
- Promo applies to dine-in, take away and delivery services (belonging to brands from the Champ Group).
- Information on Champ Groups Call Center Delivery service, namely 14084 (please inform the officer at the time of ordering if making payment by scanning QRIS OCTO Mobile).
- CIMB Niaga and Gokana, RaaCha, Chopstix, BMK, Bamiko, Platium, Platinum Grill & Grillman can make changes to the terms and conditions of the program at any time, and/or end this program with prior notification.
- CIMB Niaga & Merchant has the right to cancel cashback benefits if there are indications of abuse, fraud, manipulation or non-compliance with the applicable program terms & conditions.
Transaction steps with QRIS OCTO Mobile:
- Enter the OCTO Mobile Application, then Login
- Select the Pay QRIS menu
- Then scan the QR with the appropriate nominal value
- Confirm payment
- Enter the OCTO Mobile PIN
- The payment process has been completed.
