Terms and Conditions of the Program

  1. Period: February 1st – July 31st, 2024
  2. Get 30% Cashback (up to Rp 7,500) per transaction at Gokana, RaaCha, Platinum, Platinum Grill, BMK, Bamiko, Chopstix, & Grillman using QRIS OCTO Mobile as the payment method.
  3. The promotional program cannot be converted into cash, is not applicable for multiples, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  4. The promotional program is valid every day at all Gokana, RaaCha, Platinum, Platinum Grill, BMK, Bamiko, Chopstix, & Grillman outlets (Click Here).
  5. One customer can receive a maximum of 1x cashback/day, and a maximum of 3x/week, or 3x/month/OCTO Mobile account during the period combined across the 8 brands above.
  6. Cashback is only provided for QRIS OCTO Mobile transactions from OCTO Pay funds only on CIMB Niaga’s EDC machines/static QR.
  7. Cashback will be credited in real time or within a maximum of 1×24 hours to the registered Mobile Wallet balance in the Customer’s OCTO Mobile.
  8. The promo is valid for dine-in, take away, and self-owned delivery services accessible through the Delivery Call Center at 14084 (please inform the staff when ordering if paying with QRIS OCTO Mobile).
  9. CIMB Niaga and Champ Group as the owners of the above 8 brands reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program and/or terminate the program with prior notice.
  10. CIMB Niaga & Champ Group as the owners of the above 8 brands reserve the right to cancel cashback benefits if there is any indication of misuse, fraud, manipulation, or non-compliance with the applicable terms & conditions of the program.
